Cat coloring pages

The cat coloring pages catch cats in every mood: a kitten batting a feather toy, a cat asleep in an open suitcase, two cats on a rooftop under the moon, and one sitting at an upright piano with both front paws on the keys. A few share the page with a dog.

The smiling cat face with whiskers, the cat stretching on a tasseled cushion and two kittens peeking out of a cardboard box are drawn with thick lines for toddlers. The cozy bookshop, the garden fence and the fireplace scene are full of detail for older kids.

Pick the fur pattern before starting. A tabby needs stripes drawn first in a darker color, a calico gets patches of orange and black on white, and a gray cat looks softer if the pencil is held at a slant. Leave a tiny white dot in each eye.

Puss in Boots in his feathered hat and the grinning Cheshire Cat looking down at Alice from a branch are the storybook cats, and the QR code printed on those sheets opens the tale on Talerie. The cat asleep under the Christmas tree can wait for December.
